to your questions

What should be provided for the dancer?

A private space to change and leave personal belongings, and a smooth, dry and clean dance floor.

What sound and music equipment is required?

Wassila supplies the music on a USB drive or sends it electronically to the organiser. A good-quality sound system suited to the venue and audience is required. A speaker may be available on request, by agreement before the performance.

How do I book and pay for a performance?

The booking is confirmed once the quotation is accepted and a 50% deposit is paid. The balance is payable on receipt of the invoice, up to 48 hours before the event and no later than the day of the event, after the performance. The quotation and terms of sale set out the conditions.

How are the performance sets organised?

The timings are agreed together in advance. Allow at least 15 minutes of preparation before the first set. Keeping to the schedule helps the show run smoothly; any delay should be reported as soon as possible.

Are tips allowed?

Yes. They are appreciated but entirely optional and at each guest’s discretion.

Can I start without experience?

Yes. Classes and introductory sessions welcome beginners. A trial class is free with code FREEBELLYDANCE, subject to available sessions.

Are private lessons available by video call?

Yes. Private lessons can take place in person or by video call, by appointment and subject to availability.

How long is the class pass valid?

The 10-class pass is valid for three months. If the school cancels a session, its validity is extended accordingly. A personal absence does not automatically extend the pass.
